2 salmon filets (150 gr each)
30 ml sweet chili sauce
5 ml maple syrup
15 ml lime juice
10 ml soy sauce
Salt & Pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix the sweet chili sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and soy sauce
Season the salmon with salt and pepper
Pour the marinade over the salmon and let marinate 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 350°f
Bake the salmon to desired cooking
Note:
- Serve with rice and vegetables garnish with toasted sesame seeds. You can grill the salmon instead of baking it.
