Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets (150 gr each)

  • 30 ml sweet chili sauce

  • 5 ml maple syrup

  • 15 ml lime juice

  • 10 ml soy sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • In a bowl mix the sweet chili sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and soy sauce

  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper

  • Pour the marinade over the salmon and let marinate 30 minutes

  • Preheat the oven to 350°f

  • Bake the salmon to desired cooking

Note:

  • Serve with rice and vegetables garnish with toasted sesame seeds. You can grill the salmon instead of baking it.
