Ingredients
20 shrimp (5 per person)
10 gr garlic
10 gr shallots
10 gr ginger
90 ml sweet chili sauce
240 ml chicken bouillon
15 ml sesame oil
Salt
Pepper
3 green onions
Toasted peanuts
Directions
Peel and devein shrimp
Finely chop the garlic
Finely chop the shallots
Finely chop the ginger
Toast the peanuts in a dry pan
Thinly slice the green onions
Heat the oil in a pan or wok
On low heat sweat the ginger until fragrant
Add the garlic sweat until fragrant
Add the shallots sweat until fragrant
Turn up the heat to high add the shrimp and let them start to colour
Add the sweet chili sauce and the liquid , let cook until the liquid reduces to form a sauce. If the shrimp are cooked you may remove them while the sauce reduces
Season with salt and pepper
Add pasta and toss
Garnish with green onions and peanuts
