Ingredients

  • 500 gr ground pork

  • 5 gr garlic chopped

  • 10 gr ginger chopped

  • 5 gr shallots chopped

  • 30 ml flavorful spicy sauce

  • 240 ml chicken or beef bouillon

  • 15 ml soy sauce

  • 15 ml sesame oil

  • Salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
    Cucumbers
    Red peppers
    Red onions
    Chopped ginger
    Cilantro
    Dressing
    Soy sauce
    Rice wine vinegar
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

  • Finely chop the garlic

  • Finely chop the ginger

  • Finely chop the shallots

  • Heat the oil

  • On low heat sweat the ginger

  • Add the garlic and continue sweating

  • Add the shallot and let sweat until fragrant

  • Increase the heat to medium-high add the pork and brown

  • Remove excess oil

  • Add the flavorful spicy sauce and let cook 30-45 seconds

  • Add the bouillon and soy sauce

  • Add salt and pepper

  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer until completely cooked, if it is getting dry add a little more bouillon

Note:

  • You can use any type of rice prepare separately
  • To serve place rice in a bowl, cover half the rice with the pork mixture and the other half with the salad
